Alarias ap Nithodel

Alarias ap Nithodel (he/they) is an Eladrin Warlock and Cleric whose patron and deity are both the Arch-Fey Zybilna. He's originally from Gwyllan's Watch, where his family, a minor noble house, resides. He has numerous older siblings, so he has no illusions of inheriting the family title or wealth. His pact with Zybilna began fairly recently, mostly beginning in strange dreams where she appears to him, giving him bits of power in exchange for the feeling that she needs his aid. When he received a letter from a man named Madryck Roslof offering to provide answers, he set off for the Roslof Family Enchanted Pumpkin Farm. On the road, in the company of a caravan, he met Gaspar Greenseeker and immediately struck up friendly conversation. He discovered Gaspar was also heading to Roslof's...the first of many coincidences on his journey.   Roslof turned out also to be a warlock with ties to Zybilna, and he was the one who revealed her name to Alarias. When Alarias and Gaspar heard the name, they both recalled childhood memories of someone fitting her description improving their lives. With the promise of riches from Madryck and wanting to aid the woman who had once aided them, the two set off for Kas Amnon to find the Witchlight Carnival, doorway to Zybilna's realm of Prismeer. There, they met with Rune Eyebright, Toby Toetufts, Dawn, and Pietr Blackberry. When Alarias mentioned Zybilna to them, they too had flashes of childhood memories, and together, they traveled through Prismeer to aid the realm's true queen as the Witchlight Court.   Alarias had many adventures with his friends, fighting hags, helping giants to find romance, and traveling with strange companions. In the end, Zybilna, the rightful Queen of Prismeer, was freed. As with all the members of the Witchlight Court, Alarias wished for a way to return to the Witchlight Carnival any time he chose, and he received an enchanted golden ticket. He and Gaspar left the Feywild and (after a brief dalliance with the Bugbear Burly) sought out Madrick one more time. The elderly man thanked them and gave them the key to his treasure shortly before his passing.
