Kar Ladur
Its founders survived, dug, and constructed throughout The Sundering when fire rained from the heavens and millennia-old stone crumbled to dust, not much needed to be done to bring Kar Ladur back to its glory. But the Gold-Hammer Clan grew paranoid after those events and buried themselves deeper into the depths of the surviving mountains of the western Spine, cutting off nearly all semblance of contact from the outside world, even the other Dwarven Clans.
For near eight centuries Skalgan Gold-Hammer and his Clan lived in isolation.
Ironic, that the clan that survived falling flames and rock, would be swallowed whole by the mountain from below during a great storm. How ironic that something as simple as rising water would spell the end of Kar Ladur.
No one has located or stepped foot in the halls of the Gold-Hammers in more than two centuries; the entrances collapsed, the tunnels still flooded, the mountain reclaiming the stronghold one pebble at a time.
