Cahlan-Besk Betrothal Negotiations

Raydon Besk would privately meet with Baron Kasper Cahlan at the snow-covered grave of their mentor Cadlym Bolluln and ask that the two combine their houses so that they could fulfil their mentor's dream of a reunified South.   A midnight rider would be dispatched to Arine with a request to Emperor Aron Volker. The negotiations between Besk and Cahlan would be well-completed before the message reached the Emperor's ears and his answer to return to Cahlan.
