Backstory of Retter
Elise is introduced to Mauritius, who disguised himself as a human. Elise falls in love with him. Suddenly, he left and Elise discovers she's pregnant. She runs away from home, afraid of what her family would think. She gives birth to Retter and puts him in an orphanage to further prevent her family to know about Retter.
Retter has red eyes, which everyone finds weird as most people are born with blue or brown eyes. When Retter turns 3 his eye color changes to blood red, scaring people. The orphanage thinks he's a demon and tries killing but Retter is able to get away from them. Elise finds Retter and starts taking care of him but doesn't tell him who she is.
3 years later, Retter goes to his usual spot at moonlit lake and finds a girl with tangled chestnut hair crying. Retter gives her an apple and they become friends.
Retter is 13, he hears about the knight recruiting new members and goes into town to get more information. Retter tells Frieda about it and Frieda tells him he should do it, so he signs up and becomes a trainee knight.
Retter is now 16 and has become an official knight, so has Christina. He got a white horse with a black mane.
Retter travels around the world and eventually finds Frieda and brings her home.
Retter and Frieda's reign over Edenstone
After taking Frieda home, Retter goes to the cold fortress and defeats Queen Edelmar. He meets King Ludwig who hands over his title to Retter.
Retter learns about Ludwig's missing daughter Adelheid and suspects that Christina Muller is actually Adelheid. When Retter confronted her, Adelheid explained her reasoning for running away. Shortly after, Retter safely returns Adelheid to the cold Fortress where she is reunited with her family
Retter killed Edelmar Von Elden, ending her reign of terror.
Retter and Frieda get married, making Frieda queen. She got to wear a beautiful, off-shoulder black wedding dress with a yellow belt and rose, with a bouquet of yellow and red roses.
Retter offers freedom and citizenship to supernatural beings in Edenstone. He got rid of discrimination(most of it)
Retter makes the slavery Illegal, allowing his captain to be free
After Frieda nearly died giving birth to Eris, from being poisoned by her cousin, Mia, Retter murders everyone in the Lancelot Manor.
Retter, Erebus and a few others go to explore some newly discovered land. Erebus meets a Choctaw Indian girl named Natoma who sneaked into their ship before they left.
The Apple tree Eris grew is producing Golden apples. She shows her father, who is very impressed. One day, while picking an apple, Eris dropped it and it ended up in town. Several women started fighting over it. Retter came down and returned the apple to Eris.
Eris discovers that she can use her Shadow powers for healing purposes
Natoma dies due to Influenza
Eris gets raped by a pirate and ends up getting pregnant
Eris gives birth to twins
People find out Retter is behind the Lancelot Massacre and demands he gives up the throne. He does, but kills Miriam and Richard before doing so.
The public discovers that Retter is the one responsible for the Lancelot Massacre. After Retter is overthrown, Dieter Gunther becomes King and brings an era of mass corruption.
Retter and his family see refuge in the caribbean
