Purpose / Function
The official statement of the owner is, that a healthy and active lifestyle is important for everybody, and that it is important for that Fey Folk and Changelings alike have a place to train where they can feel safe.
When asked about the many activities that seem focused on training fighting skills, the owner stated that he simply offers facilities based on public demand, and that those are all connected with Otherworld cultural heritage and innocent olympic disciplines at that.

Architecture
The buildings are your run-of-the-mill gym halls, however the roof has been adorned with ornamented ridge tiles like dragon scales, each end sporting a classic viking longship style head.
History
The facility has been a training facility since the 70's, but needed heavy renovations at the time of The Unravelling, when it was used as one of the first shelters for the newly revealed Hidden People. During this time it was bought by an unknown investor, who was later revealed as a local Vetté, who renovated the place after the relocation to Evergreen Glade.
