Purpose / Function
Living in the dorm of Evergreen Grove was always a bit crowded for Alea, so she always dreamt of when she would grow old enough to get her own place. An important part of "being adult" for her, but just as important as having a place to gather her thoughts, for herself.
Design
A smaller appartment in a tenement building, you enter into a small entryway, leading into the compact bathroom and the larger living room.
The bathroom has a shower bath, a toilet and a small sink with a mirror cabinet above.
As you enter the living room, on the left there is a couch area with a sofa table and a TV on a TV-stand with its back against the backwall window. Along the wall to the right of the door comes the door to the bedroom, followed by a kitchenette as a part of the living room. Towards the opposite wall theres a table with four assorted chairs.
The bedroom has a mirror closet following the right wall, as you enter, and most of the room is covered by a kingsize bed, that makes you wonder it even got through the door.

Entries
Only entry is the entryway door leading out into the stairwell, which on the ground floor has an exit to the streets out front and a backdoor leading to the tenement backyard.
Sensory & Appearance
The apartment has large windows in the living room and one in the bedroom for natural light. Until getting ceiling lamps, she has string lights on the walls which give a warm dim light after nightfall, but she has one floor lamp and a table lamp, which can be moved around for more light as well.
There are already ceiling lamps in the bathroom and bedroom.
A fan of delightful smells, Alea uses incense to give the bathroom a slightly lemony smell, and the living room something sweet or flowery.
She keeps the rooms pleasantly warm.
There is moderate sound polution from the street outside on loud evenings, but turning towards the back, the bedroom is often peaceful.

Denizens
Alea is the only one living in the apartment, but both Zeldine and Alice drop by unannounced fairly often, and each of them have a spare key.
Contents & Furnishings
The living room is entirely funished with second hand furniture with the intention of replacing them along the way.
Much of the walls is plastered with pictures, drawings, tickets and all kinds of things that might belong in a scrapbook.

Valuables
Without much money to her name, there are few actual valuables, but Alea's home holds many small things and trinkets with a tied annecdote and emotional value.
