Graal Grove
Easily living a comfortable lifestyle within this district, those that resided within this district were recent additions to higher standards of living due to advancing upward in society. Most houses in this district, including most of the newer parts of the city, are made of an unknown stone/concrete material that has durability previously unknown in most parts of the modern world. Being situated between the financial district and a growing new commerce area, allowed for these individuals to indulge their taste and maintain their fortunes much easier without worrying about falling down the social ladder again. Each house that was built was cheap to have constructed and maintained while being built larger than other housing in the older parts of the city were. Within this portion of the city, a public library was built by funding provided by adventurers who prized people learning.
Located to the East by the wall and nestled along the Jade Turtle River, it located to the West is the Seipepp Center district; to the South is the is the Steelf Market district which is located across the bridge over the river; to the North is the Famoal Market district. Though directly across one of the bridges, it has only been lightly explored with just one expedition stating to have traversed a part of it.
Demographics
The bulk of the individuals and families that came to live in this district were mostly adventurers & merchants that gained the status recently.
Industry & Trade
Most inhabitants were either active or retired adventurers and merchants who had just joined the ranks of the middle class.
Architecture
Every structure in this district of Visilargyian is made of this concrete substance and has stood the test of time without any degradation. Tile slated roofing was used on most buildings, but several use treated & decorated wooden roofing or opted for the concrete to be used.
