Yeok South

The oldest district in the whole of Visilargyian, it was the central point by which the entire city grew from since the time of its inception. Situated on the South bank of the Jade Turtle River for secure access to the freshwater and abundant fishing, the rest of the city grew around it as a way to protect what it considered its most important heritage, the birth site. Even now in its long unattended stated, it still stands mostly intact as a testament to the care and planning to preserve the district. Few of the structures have been worn down by time, but some have been dilapidated long before the fall due to unknown reason by this point.   To the West, just beyond the bridge across the Jade Turtle River, lies Snurbled Plaza ; to the South is the Xarrekolp Bazaar; and to the East, just beyond a similar bridge across the Jade Turtle River, is the Waip Garden district. Directly across the river on the Northern bank is Seipepp Center that can be reach form either of the bridges that are right next to Yeok South.

To the two edges of the district where it met those beside it, each side contains a bridge enchanted to keep them strong and clean even as the time has passed.

Architecture

Most building in this area were left unpainted, but were instead finely sanded down and decorated with small inlays to accentuate the fronts of the abode by the owners. All roofs in this area had slate tile roofing that was interlocked to prevent rain and other elements from getting in from the ceiling on its inhabitants.
