Seipepp Center

On the Northern bank of the Jade Turtle River across from the two main bridges from the older portion of the city. It is here within this district of the city that most of the financial transactions of the city occurred. Castle Visilar is located within this district and once stood as a shining beacon for the entire city. Several banks/institutions, large trade corporations, and warehouses are located in the district and were built to be close the castle that was built for the purpose of providing extra protection. Unimaginable wealth can still be found in the district though most it will be guarded and trapped to protect it from other influences and theft attempts. Two shipyards exist along the edge of the river from which it engaged in commerce with other cities in the area in the past. Several of these places had both mundane and magical protections that are sure to still be active even after the passage of time that has happened.

Yeok South district is to the South as a reminder of where the city had come from; to the West is Midtown Stroapt district; the East is Famoal Market district; and to the North is Castle Visilar with a large palace garden that goes nearly to the back wall of the city. Around the back to the Northwest is the Seluckop Park district and to the Northeast is the Graal Grove district. Only three expeditions have been sent into this district with just one returning at the edge of life to report the dangers of the entire district. Further expeditions have been withheld until such time that it can be determined how best to approach with success.

Defences

Inner defensive walls & crenelations surround the castle and it grounds.

Infrastructure

Most of the buildings are made of interlocking quarried stone and marble crenelations. The warehouses are the only thing out of place in that they are made of wood entirely yet they have been either chemically or magically treated to make them resistant to erosion/weathering/fire.
