Council of Eight

The Council of Eight are the eight Headmasters of the Academy in Zagrean. They control the Tomes District, and by extension the world of the Arcane in Vaspira. They have a long reach, both through magic and through the deployment of the Apostheos. The Council has a close alliance with the Royal Family, and are the primary power keeping House Uthren enthroned.
