Southern Ageron is the region of the Continent that My (Home Brew/mix) Voltera Campaign takes place. Incorporated within that region is the D&D5e adventures "Ghosts of Saltmarsh" I have expanded on the region as my home brew world is a world of island continents and empires that relies heavily on Sea Travel and Trade, but some continents are large enough that many adventures can take place on them. Ageron is one of these but my campaign map is far too large to feature it all with a good resolution but this Southern section is quite usable.
Geography
Coastal lands with a mix of Rolling hills, Swampland, and wooded area's and Tall grass and scrub. there are several rivers. It is literally almost half of the continent of Ageron.
Fauna & Flora
Southern Ageron is sometimes considered the More wilder Region of Ageron, it is considered all the territory south of the Dividing mountain ranges. this are is dominated by Swamp and Forests the largest of these are the Hool Marshes and the Dreadwood. The Region is also dotted with primarily rolling hills and tall grass and scrublands. There is an abundance of Deer and Elk smaller game and the Marshes are home for allot of oversized Reptiles such as gators and snakes, and swamp rats. The regions are also home to more threatening creatures such as goblins, ogres and trolls and the occasional sighting of wandering hill giants. The Dreadwood at one time before the great storms was a more wonderous place and went under a different name it is now overrun by darker forces like goblins, Orcs, Giant spiders, Trolls, Tormented Spirits, and Deadwood Golems. Much of the Dreadwood is being choked by the thorny Spiritvine as legend talks of a Hag who has come to rule over the woods.
Natural Resources
There is an abundance of fishing in many of the towns, Logging and lumber are quite plentiful among the wilds of the forests, swamps and grasslands there is plenty of wild game for trappers and hunters. the prospects of mining are only really in its infancy in this region and only some scattered farms are about mainly near the communities that can support them or are in need of their goods.

The Town of Seaton
Drab and a little Seedy Seaton used to be a great Bustling Fishing and trade town, although a fishing industry is still here and there is some trade the town now caters to a sizable navy and military contingent under the rule and command and control of "Duke Marik Feldren" who inherited rule of the region by from his more compassionate war hero Brother "Duke Obertus Feldren" who was short lived after falling deathly Ill. "Duke Marik Feldron" has a strong desire to enlarge the navy to better deal with the "Sea Princes" it is rumored that he has a personal disdain for the native inhabitants of the region and desires to increase taxes to enlarge his forces. Seaton has become more of a fortified town with several taverns, brothels to satisfy the typical soldier or sailor and his whims and several different traders and merchants still call the town home but the ones who remain are probably not as reputable as in Seaton's hay days.
