The Goblin Hills

Rough and jagged this Hilly region of Ageron is Aptly named for the Prolific population of goblins that Occupy the region. Its Hills are lettered with steep small rocky trails and littered with a tangled forest vegetation making it easy for one to get lost. Caves and underground rock formations are literally scattered among the winding hills making this a prime location for Goblin hideouts and fortifications. It is rumored that several of these tunnel and cave networks run deep into the ground and may run deep under the Dreadwood and into the Thornspire mountains and even south to the Marauder hills as a massive Under Dark network but nobody really knows for sure it is only spoken of in tales and speculations from miners finding natural tunnels but to scared or ill equipped to explore any further.

Geography

Winding hills dotted with Rocky outcroppings, rock strewn trails and caves. much of the Lower regions having dense thorny vegetation and small rippling creeks. several natural rock formations and suitable locations for observations from above with little chance of detection. Trails are difficult to travel and even more difficult to Track game or people in unless at least familiar with the region if not a native.

Natural Resources

The region is known for its Thorny but hard Briarwood trees. The cave networks and low light wooded areas are home to several native species of mushrooms good for medicinal, hallucinogenic, and poisons. The Rivers are known to have gold worth panning for those that wish to risk their lives for it and most certainly stemming from caves and crags deep in the hills.
