History
The historic Locustwood Manor has been in disrepair for over a century. It is an abandoned property in the hills and woods outside of the city's Upper Island and was infested with random kindred before The Coterie kicked them out. The manor and estate belonged to the family of Abigail Lewis. The manor has been built over an ancient and mystical catacomb that runs throughout the ground below.
"Life" has finally returned to the property as Abigail and "her" security team, courtesy of Baron Eric, are inhabiting the grounds.

Modern Nights
The manor had been assaulted by an attack team during the day, causing The Coterie to wake from sleep suddenly and forcing them to engage in a fight while weakened and at a disadvantage. After the fight they recovered a Jeep from the defeated hostiles.
The Coterie has since set up a haven in The Catacombs beneath the manor.
A few weeks later, after Matio got word from Nichole Nolan that Charles Castle was on his way to Fantasia during their meeting with Baron Hef, The Coterie evacuated to different vehicles and headed to the manor to hide out for a while. Matio, Fisher, Mark Henry, and Kean arrived together first in the Cadillac Escalade while Everlast Lacroix, Terry, and Fisher were in the Lincoln. The guards, not recognizing the Lincoln, open fired on it as it approached. All three inside were injured to various degrees but escaped largely unscathed thanks to Everlast Lacroix's quick thinking.
Matio and the other ghouls flipped out on the security staff, specifically the supervisor. Abigail Lewis, in response, snapped his neck and killed him.
Matio has since set up rituals in The Catacombs, as well as discovered a strange and obviously mystical labrinthe even deeper within The Catacombs.
