General Summary
Roses
- In the room beyond the first wall sconce, the party found a garden of roses. They seemed similar to the memory erasing memories the party had previously encountered in Andichar's home in Vyaelian, among other places.
- There was a bowl of sand by the door.
- Harold, with Beau's inspiration, and Ryltar's help, determined that the sand was made for channeling magic somehow.
- Alton wrote "Rose" in the bowl, causing a door to open in the side wall.
- With light, the party managed to see a plaque on the other side of the room that read "today's password" in common, elvish, and goblin, followed by a little sketch of a rose.
- Both Beau and Alton pricked themselves on the roses.
- Under extended torchlight, and when cut, the roses strangely turned to glass.
Frames
- In the next rooms, the party found many empty frames with plaques under them as well as more wall sconces.

Children
- There were a total of twelve youths in the building. Eleven were dark elves. One older, rude, teen, was a surface elf.
- One told Alton that there was nothing relevant to him this way.
- One young, quiet, dark elf child hid behind the surface elf who was very rude to Farren when he barged into their room. In exchange for leaving and closing the door, She told him where Andichar had an art studio in the biulding.
- Alton saw two older teen dark elves sparring and a room filled with fog.
- The captain and Alton found several secret rooms with summoning circles.
- There was a dark elf in the kitchen, making bread.
- There were two rooms with four beds and one room with three beds.
- There was a room with eleven wardrobes. Alton could not find a painting in any of them. An older teen female dark elf was grumpy about his snooping.
- Farren stole all the weapons not in use from the armoury beside the training room.
Solution
- The party tracked down seven paintings and one blank canvas
- There was a room with eleven alchemy/enchantment stations
- Farren stole all of Andichar's books and potions, including eleven copies of alchemy and enchanting for beginners.
Paintings
- A battered, bruised, and bleeding, red haired man, on his knees, clutching his chest. Just behind him is a massive, scaled, something, crushed in some places. The background is chaos, dying faces all over.
- A smiling portait of Rayne with his hands on the shoulders of two young women with something like elven features. The one on his left has red hair, and wings like
- dragonfly. The one on the right has dark hair, tangled with seaweed.
- A wide fire, with a charred hand holding a familiar sword.
- A dark elf you quickly recognize as Aurolyr (Lyra), though she is weilding a sword and a staff, and quite covered in blood as a pile of coins sits in the background.
- elvish figure cupping a red crystaline flower in her hands
- a field of roses with a knight's armour kneeling
- a painting of a glowing lantern
- After some trial and error, and using Beau and Ryltar's skills to paint a scene of Andichar holding a blue glass memory the party had found in the alchmeny room, the party lined up the paintings with their frames and sat in their respective chairs.
Enter the Fiend himself
- All twelve youths arrived.
- Andichar arrived in the form of a projection and greeted the party
- Farren ifnored him and tried to find the man behind the curtain, venturing upstairs.
- Andichar complained about some of the gods, claimed he had changed, and presented his contract.
- Alton was angry, and did not read the contract at first, but Harold interrupted him, pointing out all ANdichar was offering.
- The party wanted to discuss matters with the captain.
- Andichar pointed out that he needed something the party would be interested in and if he hadn't, where would Alton's brother's soul be now?
Captain and the Kraken...Again
- Farren found a map bowl, like the one from Sen's outpost. It seemed to have information from many places.
- It, and likely all the magic in the building, was powered by a very unstable unravelling purple lianyte gem.
- Farren found a summoning circle and risked touching it, in the hopes it would summon the real Andichar. Unfortunately, it summoned a small kraken and some other fiend instead.
- Andichar sent the party upstairs to help the captain deal with the new issue.
- Harold took the contract.
The proposed contract:
Ownership and possession of the key of worlds will transfer to the fiend known as Andichar, who penned this contract for the duration of one year, as measured by the common folk of Vyaelian, begining the moment this contract is signed by both parties.
In exchange, the fiend known as Andichar will immediately give to the crew of the ship, skyship, spelljammer, known in Vyaelian as the Divine Retribution
Ownership and possession of 1 million platinum pieces, minted in various locations but equal in weight and value to 1 million Vyran minted platinum pieces, and
1 passage to Vyaelian upon request, and
ownership and possession of every Faerunian soul presently (at the time of this contract's signing) in the possession of the fiend known as Andichar, and
Vyaelian's portfolio of Waves.
At the end of one year, the fiend known as Andichar will return the Key of Worlds to the place known as Harold's Landing in Vyaelian. No other item (besides the Key of Worlds) transfered in the terms of this contract will transfer possession or ownership again due to this contract.
- All the stuff Farren stole from Andichar after Andichar wrote he was greedy
- Andichar's unsigned contract
