Qivrin Kels

Qivrin Kels was an elven lord from the land below. He is referred to by Brevir as the tiny king.
According to some sources, he claimed to be the reincarnation of Aqilan Trasalor. 
What little lore remains of him indicates that he flew on the back of Iedei the Deathlord in the time before Rayne gave the sky elves wings. He fought with Sia Dawnriver , the queen of starlight.
According to records from the Company of the Bright Flame , he murdered many and at some point became a vampire who was eventually sealed in his sword by the cursed lord "...ys".
