History

Emmalyn is the oldest child of Kevon and Brynn Rainsoar, an upper-middle-class family in Mystryl. Kevon and Brynn were administrators in the Church of Mysteries and the Holy Guard, respectively, before retiring to start a successful commodities trading business.
Emmalyn lost her right hand to a brutal attack by a vile barber while clearing the Mystryl sewers of kobolds.
