The Confederation Arcanum

The Confederation Arcanum refers to the centralized government of Winderia, comprised of a large circle of clerics, paladins, eldritch knights, and other devotees of Mystra that serve as the ruling class in Mystryl and hold together the other city-states. The Confederation Arcanum is roughly divided between the Church of Mysteries and the Holy Guard.
