Underground Magical Dealer - located under the Frost Slums
The shop moves to many different locations within the warren of tunnels and caverns beneath the frost slums. It most recently was at the end of a long and twisty offshoot tunnel that ends with a very solid wooden door reinforced by Iron bands.
It is run by a shady and very unorthodox looking dragonborn woman named Persistence she is black scaled, slender and somewhat sinuous, far more snake like than many other dragonborn. She has vibrant green glowing eyes and a faint smell of acidic burning around her at all times. She wears a breastplate beneath looser warm black woolen robesWears a belt with a large dagger on the back, keeps concealed under the robes a pair of wands, one a wand of fireball, and the other a wand of disintegration. She wears a rather lovely looking silver bracelet seeming to be a silver band made of connected small heater shields.
