The city of Tegila is a average fishing village on the Ancient route. The village population is around 560 of mostly human with a small mix Lizard Folk, Orc, Minotaur, and Sea Elves. The city council consist of three female nobles, including a minotaur, picked by Duke Fagus of Soteropolis. Most of the people are fisherman, but there are those who venture out into the Drowned forest to get rare items, rare animal skins, and herbs for potions. The Drowned forest are very dangerous and filled with dangerous unknown creatures for those that succeed get paid well for what they get from the forest.

History

This fishing village was started about a year after Ephesus was discovered. At that time The drowned did not exist and this part of the forest was part of the Socrates forest. This village during the time of Harker reign was actually considered a small city. What ever effect that caused the drowned forest also effected the people of the village and the the size of the city now has dwindled down to a village.
