During the Clone Wars, a galaxy-wide conflict between the Galactic Republic and Confederacy of Independent Systems, Ti took part in the pivotal battles of Geonosis, Kamino, and Coruscant as a Jedi General in the Grand Army of the Republic.
Early in the Clone Wars, Ti was chosen by the Jedi Council to represent the Republic on Kamino, where she personally oversaw the training and development of clone forces on the planet. While in this role, she acted as a close mentor and protector to the clone army, additionally serving as the commanding officer of the garrison stationed on-world. Her compassion for the clones clashed with the Kaminoan's cold view of them as products, and for much of her time on Kamino, Ti had a strained relationship with the Kaminoan government. Late in the war, Ti became entangled in a conspiracy surrounding the origin of a mysterious inhibitor biochip implanted in every clone. As she attempted to root out these secrets from rogue ARC trooper Fives, the Kaminoan leadership worked to keep her from discovering their complicity and true purpose. Despite her efforts to the contrary, Ti was unable to help Fives as he suffered a mental collapse at the Kaminoan's hands, and his secrets died with him.
As the war dragged on, Ti and the Jedi Council became increasingly concerned about the mystery of the Dark Lord of the Sith, who they believed had engineered the war and played a role in the origin of the clone armies. Though they devoted much time to discovering their identity and motives, Ti and her fellow Jedi were unable to learn who the shadowy figure was. In the final days of the war, however, Supreme Chancellor Palpatine of the Republic revealed himself as the Sith Lord Darth Sidious and enacted the Great Jedi Purge to wipe out the Jedi once and for all, using the clones' inhibitor chips to turn the Republic's armies against the Order. Ti, who was stationed on the Republic capital Coruscant at the time, was slain at the hands of newly christened Sith Lord Darth Vader as he and his forces laid siege to the Jedi Temple.

Ti uses the Force during battle.
As a Force-sensitive, Ti was skilled in using telekinesis during battle. During the Battle of Kamino, she used telekinesis to lift two aqua droids and slam them into two other droids hard enough to destroy all four.[5] Ti used the Force to disarm Fives as he was about to assassinate Palpatine, and while chasing after the rogue clone, performed a Force jump to catch up, leaping easily over a large crowd.[34] As a Togruta, Ti's hollow montrals allowed her to sense the movement of objects around them. This echolocation, which could reach up to 82 feet, paired with her natural Force abilities allowed Ti to be very perceptive of her surroundings.[54] Because of her increased spatial awareness, she was exceptional at group combat as she was not hindered by the complexity of movements.[15]
Ti's martial capabilities were also enough to ensure her survival during the Battle of Geonosis, an engagement that saw the deaths of nearly 200 Jedi.[3] She had the skill to wield two melee weapons at once as she, at one point during the Battle of Coruscant, wielded both her lightsaber and an electrostaff.[44] In addition to her combat skills, Ti was also a capable pilot.[23]
As the overseer of clone training on Kamino, Ti demonstrated an affinity for teaching,[2] with a specialty in combat instruction. She was also well-adept in leadership roles and had experience working as a diplomat.[4]
