Session 8- Off to the Dragon Isles

Boarded a boat called 'Lightning' to get to the Dragon Isles; docked in Drudence harbor
Met the crew of the Lightning:

  • Captain Skinner of the Lightning

  • Crew: Evon, Kevin, Leon

  • Soldiers: Davy, Shannon

    • Being pursued by a ship with no sails out on the water with massive bulges on the sides of the hull
  • Made out of a dark, grey material

  • Crewed by constructs; attacked on the water! Took out our main mast

  • Turns out we're carrying something of value to the empire; unsure of what

  • Got boarded by 8 pointed star people; forced to surrender our weapons

    • Got captured by the 8 star empire (run by Giff had to tear out all the pages of my spellbook; STILL HAVE THEM
  • Balthazar is still free; assumed dead

  • Captain of enemy ship the Bringer of Light is Captain Ognaut; wants us because one of us is a 'being of great interest'

  • Met the God-Emperor who mentioned a breaking of the 'pact of binding' when Monomon got summoned

    • - 16 gods made a pact to stop intrusions from outside this world
    - Monomon is fatebound to something
