So we work for Sa-Reshi now

by Badger Of the Followers of the Almighty Clock

I decided to start writing a new adventure journal (hopefully not to be destroyed this time) now that I'm back on another adventure. To summarize the four and a half months that passed since the conclusion of my last one: made some new clocks, sold some new clocks, designed a new clock powered by wind, taught Marissa chess, turned that magic scythe I picked up into a climbing pick, helped Marissa build a floating house, and said goodbye to Forrester who decided to go off on some wild adventure. He left me his rod of wonder, haven't heard frim him since.

Last week I received another letter, much like the one that started our last adventure, but this time it was signed by Yabalchoath herself. I arrived at her vault at the specified time, along with Shaper, Snow, Marissa and Euble who had also received such letters. After going back through the complex we found ourselves being introduced to Sa-Reshi and were informed that we would be acting as the retinue and bodyguards of one of her generals, Nodens. The contract was about 200 pages or so long, Shaper and I took our time reading through it, I won't bore you with the details but it was impressively thorough.

It's been about three days now, and I've been passing the time in camp by selling clocks to the soldiers here. Nodens showed up a few hours ago, we'll likely be moving out soon.

Oh, and there's some Raptoran witch who's been assigned to our retinue by Sa-Reshi. Up until that had happened I had hopes this would be a pleasant adventure like the last one.
