4th Chapter — L'Enfant Sauvage — The Zodiark Log 009 — Year 200 Location: Flarethorn Kingdom - Ember's End
 
(Personal Notes) — For our debut, well, solo mission… Well, unsupervised by any higher ranked Aether Wing member, the Zodiark crew have arrived at Ember’s End.
 
We are supposed to delve into the Amber Vault. I've studied the file on the sky island meticulously, words don't make it justice.
 
To tell you the truth, I'm a bit disappointed, it's all too… ah, commercialised! Very much what some would call in common: a tourist trap. Fortunately, a very helpful native has offered his services and is going to show us the true Blaze Haven! Swindle is taking us to a true adventure!
 
Something important has come to light about Soot! Apparently his father is the person responsible for the technology that is used in the Firelight Isle. I feel I should have noticed it before, Soot bears’ Doctor Jakob Fitzgerald brand.
I might have projected my feeling of homesickness, missing my family and my beloved upon my comrade.. Truthfully, I did. Well, we got to meet one of Soot’s ?siblings¿
 
Yunseul has become more comfortable with me after our performance at the Solstice Celebration, and it is clear that they are trying to support me in my insecure prolixity. I must thank them properly and become more assertive.
 
Well, can't wait to meet Swindle and get our adventure started!
