--We teleport back to the cave entrance where the children in cages were kept.
--We find that another horse-drawn carriage has been brought in with more children to be put into cages. We make a plan for battle and then put it into action.
--During the encounter, one of the bugbears bugged off into the cave, presumably to warn others of the threat outside.
--The last of the bugbears comes to his senses after being hypnotized by pretty colors, and we take him back to HQ for questioning about things in the cave, what we can expect, where the children are coming from, what he knows, etc.
--One of the children saved is an above-ground Drow, and another a deep Gnome. Thomas and Sparrowhawk explain to Atavan that those children are those of the senators. Now things are much bigger in scope than originally thought.
Atavan, Keaton, Kemurial, Thulahnear and Vale each receive 1400 xp.
Sholken and Mandolin each receive 700 xp.
