The Great Heights of Begarit

Named after The Begarit, an ancient people of The Wildkin Strain that used to lay claim to this region until their “forceful pacification” at the hands of The Yuyan Dominion. The Great Heights of Begarit are a mountain range of middling size, far in the east of The Yamato Region, and separates the inland of Yamato on Soukoku from the ice winds of The Shattered Sea. They are surrounded by The Hutan Forest, and are known for their rich deposits of tin and amber, the latter specifically making Begarit a hallmark name in gemcrafter circles as far away as Koltai.
