Andartis

Sikíronian:
Andartis (sikírska)

Andartis is one of the nine provinces of the Sikíron Empire in central Adynía, and covers northwestern Nemirkía, southeastern Meldon Plain and the eastern coast of Gold Sea. It's bordered by the provinces of Narsía to the west and Lower-Paríon to the north, and the Kingdom of Núrak to the southwest.
Andartis' symbol is the wolf, and its main settlements are the provincial capital of Nális, Ahaþrys and Konissía in Andartis, all located along the river Geþrus.
The province produces silver and wine, and also boasts of many famous playwrights and other artists.

History

During bronze age, eastern Andartis formed the southern boundary of Zameltonía, one of Adynía's earliest civilizations. After Zameltonía fell, a number of city-states appeared in the region, most notably Þrahyssilon which was a major rival of the early Paþarían Empire. The region became known as Falisstría under the empire, and after it splintered into rival kingdoms it formed a part of the kingdom of Pérgal, before being conquered by Sikíron.
