Loch Vangian (a.k.a. the Quiet)
Joined the Order of Maji as a boy and worked his way up to Intermediate in the Iron sect before leaving the Sanctum to go home to Aldvire City and found Loch's Hold, a library in Aldvire.

Personal history
Born in 1168 to Olsha the Butcher and Andre Kaldaron, Loch grew up as the second son to brother Edward I Vangian. Though Loch adored his brother Edward was a cold and distant sibling. At the age of 12 Loch told his parents that he wanted to join the Order of Maji, not for magical abilities, but for acedemic enrichment. It was later joked that this was the first time he ever spoke up. He worked his way up to Intermediate in the Iron sect before leaving the Sanctum to go home to Aldvire City. In 1185 he arrived back in the city and, at the age of 17, he built Loch's Hold, a library in the Titans Crush district. He died in 1218 at the age of 50.
