Tosscobble Estate
Directly south of Community Corner is the old and honourable borough of the Tosscobble Estate. Many fine Halflings going back as far as Haventimes have come from this borough, the most famous being Lyle Tosscobble, the mage of great repute. The people of Tosscobble Estate are extremely proud of their history and they have the Meadowspring Museum to showcase Halfling heritage. It is run by Marcus Tosscobble, the son of Perrin Tosscobble, the head of the Tosscobble family. Marcus is a third-generation curator who has a strong love of Halfling history. If anybody wants to know anything about Meadowspring history, they will see Marcus. He recently took on the official title of Head Curator of the Meadowspring Museum, after his father decided to step down and retire. The burgher of Tosscobble Estate is Reed Copperkettle), an odd Stout Halfling that prefers to leave the running of the borough to his two children. He spends a lot of time sleeping or eating, his two favourite pastimes.
