History
The farm was laid out and settled by the Buttesthorne family (Karzan's great-grandparents) in 717CT. The family had come north from the southern portion of Sgitheanach Dubh to make a new life and start a family. The area provided room for expansion without being directly near any major settlement. This allowed for freedom, privacy and quiet for the growing Buttesthorne family.
