Cold Cap

the Thorn Crown

Cold Cap, called Thorn Crown by some, is a rocky mountain west of Gramhron in the Areian Peaks. Cold Cap's jagged glacier covered cap has given rise to the Lhakamen of the region nicknaming it 'the Thorn Crown.' The mountain was home to the largest Kobold community of Tinjir, the Seely Kobold. These small creatures are hunted by the local Orc for food, causing them to move farther south and east, away from the 'monsters.'

The mountain stands as a natural boundary between the kingdom of Seely to the southeast, and the Besed Orchold on the opposite side. Beyond being littered with caves and caverns, mountain is largely unremarkable.
