Mount Bonos

The long spine peak of Mount Bonos divides central Toemanshire from the desert sands of the Amber Wastes. Despite being one of the lesser mountains of the Areian Peaks, the ten miles long Bonos Ridge is one of the most famous peaks of Tinjir, if not all of Ethae. Despite few knowing where the true mountain is located, and others believing it a myth, many fantastical tales of adventures from the Heroic Era site the mountain as the gate between the mortal world and that of the land of elves. Tales that have some truth as during the reign of the Toeman Hegemony its passes were literally the divide between the Human city-states in the riverlands to the north and Kusran's Forest and the Elf city of Megiddo within it.
