Pemplum the Potentate (PEM plum)

Pemplum the Potentate was a green Dragon, during the Edian Age and Areian Age that claimed to have singlehandedly wiped out the Elf population of Umu Dway), taking the Umu Tree as his territorial lair. Something disputed over the centuries, as there is little evidence of any damage to the tree or surrounding environment. Couple this with the fact that green dragons are known liars and manipulators and his claim holds little weight in minds of most. For greens however, truth and facts don't mean the same thing. The fact is the elves are gone and Pemplum took Dway as his lair, so his words held truth.

An ancient dragon at the time he claimed Umu Dway as home, Pemplum's intelligence and cunning helped him carve out his domain, dominating the other greens of the forest until he had established what would be known as the Scaled Court, his own kingdom of sorts. A kingdom of green dragons, each vying for power in a twisted game of subterfuge.

His ultimate fate is unknown, as no account can be trusted, considering the source are green dragons. Some claim he was defeated by a rival, others state he just flew away one day, never to return. While his fate is unknown, the dragon's legacy lives on. His domain, the thousands of miles of forest in northern Jerain known as Pemplum's Labyrinth is home to the green dragons and their Scaled Court today.
