General Physical Condition

He's the oldest of the group and the most powerfully muscled.

Facial Features

He has angular facial features, a large nose, and a goatee. When he was a warforged, he shared the same metal-and-wood frame and sunken, electrically lit eyes as most other mass-produced warforged.

Apparel & Accessories

Xant wears full plate armor with the insignia of the Four Great Spirits etched into the pauldron.

Specialized Equipment

• Greatbow—Xant built his custom greatbow after his father failed to return from a hunting trip in the Elderhaven Reaches. Combined with his custom scope, it is a fearsome weapon.
• Beholder-Eyestalk Bowstring—A gift from Xant's former friend and traveling companion, Wen. The bowstring was crafted from the eyestalks of a mighty underdark tyrant, and can confer some of its power to Xant's attacks.
• Kusanagi—Xant claimed the legendary sword Kusanagi from a shrine dedicated to the great spirit Byakko, the white tiger, in the Forest of Death. The spirit of Byakko currently dwells within the sword.

Personal history

When Orin Greyward began his takeover of the Elderhaven Reaches, Xant and his friend Wen knew they needed to seek help outside their homeland to deal with the threat. They set sail west but soon got caught in the black fog that surrounded the Reaches, becoming deathly ill.
What happened afterward is unclear, for Xant's next memory was waking up in the body of a warforged at a lab in Ravenmoor. He remembered nothing of his previous life as Xant, not even his name. Calling himself Hunter, he traveled with his new companions Harmony, Nasria, and Tal to learn more about the Eyes of the World and his own past.
