Majar the Mighty
Why is it you never listened to me when I spoke of your faults, but when Rustean does so you give him your ear? - Majar to Aryzen
Lord Majar Arctelite Cordesher (a.k.a. The Adamantite Dragon)
The Largest and physically strongest of Bahamuts children Majar is a wingless Behemoth. He is the youngest of his Brothers, only older than Obyssia. Stronger than all of his siblings he is physically the most capable of the Children and is often seen within the Mines below the city, stopping incursions from the Underdark or outsiders who have found a route in. His adamantine hide is nigh unbreakable and extremely heavy. He is not permitted onto the top of the City as many fear it would collapse under his weight. His Breath is Lightning and crackling thunder is often heard within the Base of the Mountain. He despises the Denizens of the Underdark but is indifferent to most other creatures so long as they do not threaten the City.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
His Draconic Form is without wings, most commonly assumed to be because his body is simply to heavy to fly. Otherwise he is an exceptionally well muscled dragon and he makes more use of his claws and tail in close quarters than any other known dragon, due to his earth bound nature.
Mental characteristics
Personal history
Majar is the second Youngest of the Children of Bahamut, only older than Obyssia though he is the largest of all the Children of Bahamut. He is monstrously strong and his body is second only to Aryzen in durability. While many assume his victories against the denizens of the Underdark in the caverns beneath the Roost made him into a ferocious warrior like his elder sister, Majar is calm and calculating in battle. He applies his great strength where it is needed but will not seek out fights like Aryzen.
He was mentored by Saalima like his siblings and he took her training to heart. While he did not take up the druidic arts he did often meditate with his adoptive mother and learn from her patience and kindness. When he rejoined his siblings he found he had to fight to earn their respect and he did so, managing to best both Brenzan and Aryzen at once by pinning the elder dragons beneath his mighty claws. His lack of wings has only made it more difficult for him to earn his elder sister's respect, and following his arrival at the Keep he has shown no inclination to bond with his sister, more often making comments on her closeness with the "Hated spawn of Tiamat! A red dragon! Oh how you would shame father!" mimicking her own words about Obyssia.
While Majar cares for his siblings he has been taught over his life that ones place must be earned and thus he has removed himself from their squabbling. He worries for Brenzan and Bahamut but would never show such. He has shown open concern for Obyssia's entrapment but has disguised it as fear for what she could accomplish if the Banished Gods succeed in possessing her.
Gender Identity
While Majar has never shown much inclination to make use of his Female humanoid form, he has done so around Greva to make her more comfortable as she seems to show distaste towards the more "Masculine" men as they remind her of her birth father. When training Majar makes use of his feminine form and has grown some fondness for it, though he much prefers his male form in public company.
