The chosen heir of the Kellellis Bloodline is the Monarch of the Provectan Monarchy and head of government for Provecta. While the Nuncio of the Ecclesia Plyydric is the divinly chosen representative for the Ecclesia and the country.

Structure
Provecta is a federalized monarchy, where three governmental bodies oversee different geographic areas within the state.
- The Board of Directors for Governmental Affairs oversees the city of Neo Caladrius.
- The Krýonisí Custodis oversees the island of Krýonisí, save for the city of Neo Caladrius.
- The Epitropí gia Agrum oversees the continental region of Agrum.
Public Agenda
The goals and motivations for Provecta and the Provectan Monarchy are to spread not just Provectan might to all corners of Aluth, Planet, but also the holiness of the Twin Gods Plyy to all the non-believers.
History

Provecta's History
Divine Origins
The Twin Gods Plyy first graced Aluth during the fateful meeting between the then teenaged farmer Memnon, later Quintus Lurio and the then Queen of the Kingdom of Catresal Eleni Kellellis. During this encounter the two learned of greatness and holiness beyond comprehension and were bestowed the knowledge of power, that of the Manacule Cryo-Engine. The planning, creation, and implementation of this new "infiinite" powersource took 30 years within the frozen depths of Pagoméno Phizog on the island of Krýonisí.
Lurio and his team succeeded and established a new settlement of Neo Caladrius, and formed a new religion based around the Goddess Ly (depicted on the left) and the God Py (depicted on the right), the Ecclesia Plyydric. Lurio would become the first Nuncio and remain as the theocratic leader of the church until his death in 28 A.I.
Cosmological Views
The Ecclesia Plyydric and the Provectan Monarchy have quashed the issue of creationism, and have definitively stated that while the Twin Gods Plyy are ever-powerful and ever-present, that they had not created man.
What has been confirmed by not just the Ecclesia Plyydric and the Provectan Monarchy, but third party scientists and countries as well, is that the asteroid Glistening Phizog, which made impact with Aluth in the location that is now known as Krýonisí, was the most pivotal event in the planet's history, as it had terraformed the planet into a moderate climate in only roughly 100,000 years.
Priesthood
The Ecclesia Plyydric has a very strict hierarchy of power, with the holy leader and spiritual guider for the people, the Nuncio at the top.
The Nuncio is an individual choosen by the Twin Gods Plyy. The chosen will See and consult with the Twin Gods Plyy, amd be given information and knowledge that will benefit both the Ecclesia and the people of Aluth. The chosen individual will have this consultation with the Twin Gods Plyy exactly 1 year before their INVESTITURE. During the day of their Investiture, the current Nuncio will die. The Nuncio's may die for any reasons such as: a heartattack, accident, assassination, suicide, or some other ailment. The death of the Nuncio is determined and cannot be stopped.
Directly under the command of the Nuncio is that of the COUNCIL OF THE HIGH PRAETICATORS. The council is comprised of 22 HIGH PRAETICATOR's that will remain on the council for life. They assist the Nuncio with overseeing, supervising, and enacting Plyy's and the Ecclesia's Will onto the populace, and that order and holiness are maintained. The High Praeticators are replaced only upon their death and their replacement is chosen by the incumbent Nuncio.
Individuals who have shown to be deeply devout within the Ecclesia are granted the title and right of PRAETICATOR. Praeticators are the leaders of Ecclesias and are the most knowledgable and devout. Some Praeticators are Seers, and their holy graciousness brings stability, happiness, purpose, and most importantly, faith to the populace.
The lowest official ranks within the Ecclesia Plyydric are those of the Ierapóstolos, which are individuals who seek to spread the teachings of Plyy to foreign nations. The Diathikis, who investigate and cut down any heretical thoughts and individuals, and the Mathitís, which act as the police and military arm of the Ecclesia.
