Following the stone path around and behind the Tower leads you to what the prisoners call the Cathedral. A cross-shaped building with rounded roofs in what were once dazzling colors, this building was repurposed for the Tower's needs. Flowering vines wind up the walls and windows despite the Warden's best efforts to tame the vegetation. There is another toppled statue at its front.
The Cathedral is the only place where open worship is allowed to happen, with few exceptions. It has the appearance of having once been a building used for more practical purposes (though it is still quite beautiful.)
The Cathedral is guarded constantly by one guard, who allows prisoners to come and go as they please.
