Coal is a
Dragonborn who is a Member of the Ruby Eye Clan. He is a very friendly, flirtatious individual. It should be noted that his flirtatiousness has gotten him in trouble on a number of occasions. This fact aside, he is a capable diplomat who wants to secure peace for his people.
Coal had taken it upon himself to go to
Bigland to meet
Hilo Horlin to hopfuly smooth over the tensions between
Ternock Tolgalen and
Bigland.
Coal first met
The Wyrd Riders under the cover of a party in Clan Jadewing's grand hall. There Coal disclosed that the mission he was under was supposed to be a secret and that the fact he'd been in contact with
Bigland Somehow was leaked.
The Wyrd Riders failed to dig up any information on who could of been behind this or if it was a threat before they were attacked by gnolls.
The
Gnolls were lead by a creature that turned out to be
The Rage Fang . A supposedly immortal gnoll. . In their raid they captured Coal's sister,
Beatrix Ukarlin and left a ransom. Coal, with the aid of
The Wyrd Riders managed to find and rescue his sister.
From there they went to
Bigland and despite not managing to stop the possibility of war they did manage to delay it. Giving them time to dig up suspects to who might benefit from the gnomes and dragonkin fighting.
Coal has headed home to try to smooth things over with his folks about his abrupt absence and to see if he could dig up any information on either
The Rage Fang or the
Nagashi. He has been sending his reports to
The Wyrd Riders.
History
Coal finds Azura very attractive, and has made no illusions about wanting to bed her. Even more so when he learned she is the grandaughter to Drakon Crosswind. Azura has been lukewarm to Coals advancements at best.
Aside from this there is still a respect between them and perhaps even a friendship. One Azura would like to keep long distance for now.
History
Coal and Gut met at a party during a mission to get Coal to start negotiations in Bigland. They have had a few flings with each other, and remain remarkably friendly with each other. Though at this point it appears that Gut may be more fond of Coal than the other way around.
