The Luin River

Flowing from Mount Sebelese the Luin River is the only above ground river that flows into The Beuw Lake from The Luin Range. The waters from the Luin River start in Ironcranes first layer. The width of the river at this point is an eight of mile and has a fast flow to it. This slow current of ice cold water makes the docks of IronCrane vast and simple. As the areas current is usually very calm allowing ships to dock easily. The river then passes threw the Giants gates and cuts its way threw The Savage Barrens until it meets The Beuw Lake. To the west the river breaks into multiple rivers and streams that all reach The Beuw Lake. Along these rivers are the outter villages of Castle Frayn, all of these rivers either the main Luin River or it's cut off are used by many fisherfolk and traders. Who travel across the waters hunting for either trout, char or sturgeon. Or use the waters as a highway to traffic different goods such as: weapons, armour, linens, ore, and many other quality made equipment. Too The Beuw Area, Adams town and IronCrane.

The river opens to The Beuw Lake when it is broken into three by two small islands each not more then a mile square. The west island is named "Cordam" and the east island is named "Dellamoore" these islands are rumored to be home to many ancient relics. Such as the place of Solrads last stand, the home of the spear of sebilese, and hold a vault of Dionysus.

Solrads Last Stand

Solrad was born a child to Solinatis in the Second age. Born from the light of the new star Solrad had strength and cunning comparable only to other great angels. He guided many High Elves to victory in their wars against the demons who tormented the lands of Ardarock. After winning the first battle of the Luin Fields. Solrad chased the Lord of Poison to a small island in the Luin River. There the two faught Solrad wielding his sword of light and the Lord of Poison his acrid daggers. The fought after Solrad cornered the Lord in a small thirty foot clearing. The two dueled for but a few moments, Solrad sustained serveral stabs wounds from the Devil Lord's poisoned blades. The posion from the Lords Acrid Blades destroyed the body of Solrad and bound his soul to the clearing where he died. The curse from the Acrid Blades tormenting the angels soul forevermore. It is said that Solrads soul remains in the same clearing on a small island in the Luin River. This place is told to be home to a spirit of prophecy and pain. It is unknown where the island Solrad died on is the west island named "Cordam" or the east island named "Dellamoore"
