Atlas Astora
The world of Astora lies within the Prime Material Plane, and is home to the continent of Terra Magna. As it is the the largest known landmass on Astora, and the only one known to have a significant civilized population, the name Astora is used interchangeably to refer to the continent itself as well as the planet. The name Terra Magna itself is a relatively unknown and unused title outside of academic circles.
