The Black Kingdom rules over the territory of the Black Isle and over the Black Elves.
For this, the Coat of Arms of the Ash Family coincides with the Coat of Arms of the Black Kingdom. It is black and white, representing the colors its citizens who possess black eyes and hair and white skin, it contains a crown for its independence from Oak, the spears of the fight against the vampires that granted them their isle, and the Ash Tree that names its most powerful and representative family.
The motto krungE Nosyane means "Fight for Life".

Since its establishment, the Black Kingdom went through two civil wars. The first was shortly after its independence, though not much is remembered from it. The second was during the Dark Period, from Primus 1414 till Heptamus 1440, caused by both the violent eruption of VulfaR and the death of the King of Ash without confirmation of his legitimate heir.
