The Lunar Crest

The Lunar Crest is a winter holiday in Azimuth. It is celebrated yearly on 1 Felim when the moon rises fullest in the night sky, though this is unpredictable and has been known to fluctuate.

Description

The Lunar Crest is the holy day of Sehakora, The Maelstrom. Small wooden ships are set forth into waters that sparkle in moonlight.

History

The Fifth Age: The Age of Beginnings

On 2 Madaet 5A 352, the Lost Vessel Seekers met an orc farmhand outside Fort Johanna. The orc pointed out a small whittled wooden ship offering that he was to give to Sehakora on The Lunar Crest. Corxim Loofallue offered to take the ship and present it to the sea on his behalf.
On 3 Madaet 5A 352, the Lost Vessel Seekers reached the Red Rocks Bay. After their encounter there, Corxim took out the wooden offering to Sehakora and unceremoniously dropped it into the water where it quickly sank.
