Adruuta (Ad · ru · tuh)

Adruuta is located at the base of Mount Ugru. It is a large stronghold of white dragonborn led by an ancient white dragon. It is unknown how large Adruuta really is, as most of it consists of tunnels and mines. White dragonborn have innate resilience to cold climates and with the help of their white dragon leader, they are able to take advantage of their climate and surroundings, the people of Adruuta live modest comfortable lives, only affected by the harsh weather that they have learnt to endure.

Demographics

The majority of the permanent population of Adruuta are White Dragonborn, however, other Dragonborn are welcome, and there has been a surge of silver Dragonborn making Adruuta their home.

Government

Glymeryn is the supreme ruler of Adruuta, however she is rarely involved in the day to day goings of Adruuta, her children however do sometimes interact with the Adruuti, sometimes even undercover as regular Dragonborn. Adruuta also has a supreme council that is appointed by Glymeryn herself, with each master in the council working on a specific district of Adruuta. Glymeryn would change any member of the council at any time, however the current four members have remained master for the longest time in Adruuta History.

Infrastructure

Only the market and the governmental districts have actual buildings, while all other districts are underground or through the mines in the mountain.
All residential areas are through the mountain, in a series of tunnels and mines. The Dragonborn continue to mine through the mountain whenever expansion are needed.

Districts

Adruuta's districts are divided in a way where each master is responsible for each district.
The main district is the housing and market district, where all Dragonborn live and carry on their daily life. It is run by the master of Development and Commerce. Adruuta's government houses all of its citizens for free, this is seen as a way to strengthen Adruuta, especially because of the conflict with the Goliath settlers of Ugru.
The master of Development and Commerce also runs the agricultural district, which is seen as an extension of the housing district. Because of its location, Adruuta only experiences spring and autumn for 3 months each, and the rest of the year is a snowy mess where crops can't grow. But Adruuta still does its best with its 6 month farming period.
The master of Arcana runs the schooling district, where magic is mainly taught, but not the wizardry type. Adruuta focuses more on weapon making and innate abilities. Regular schooling curriculums are also taught at all Adruuta schools.
The governmental district is run by the master of law, the district only includes small governmental buildings and holds the meeting area of the council of Adruuta.
The last and biggest district is the district of war and defense, where Dragonborn are trained and taught how to protect their city. All Dragonborn must attend at least one lesson a week in the war district.

Natural Resources

Glimmering Diadite mines are scattered all throughout Mount Ugru, however only the Adruuti mine this magical gem. Some say that Glymeryn guards the mines through the entire mountain, and any intruders will be destroyed. Some say the entire mines are connected and that Glymeryn created the gems as a mirror that she can spy through, even when the gems are removed from the mines. 
Glimmering Diadite are derived from diamonds, and because of that they can potentially increase the strength of some weapons and armor. It is also speculated to give cold resistance and has the ability to absorb cold magical effects. Only Dragonborn arcanists can harness these abilities, while other blacksmiths might be able to only meld them into weapons without enabling their magical properties.
