The Adamant Forest (a · duh · muhnt)
Not much is known about the Adamant Forest, however, many myths and legends come from towns that sit outside of the forest. Legends of monsters that have no mercy, trees that consume animals and even fast unseen humanoids that protect the lands.
The adamant forest is home to all life, good or bad, lawful or chaotic.
A place of wonder, haunted by many magical primal creatures.
It also holds the "tree of life" which is believed to be the origin of all sentient beings on Bellares, when Life itself created beings from the four alignments.The roots extend all over Bellares, and even to the ethereal plane. Some creatures possess an innate ability, being able to cast Transport Via Plant on the tree of life, opening a portal into any of its extended roots even if they haven’t seen that plant before.”Roots” exist all over the world, a giant cactus might exist in Abydos, guarded by a sentient beetle, while a snow owl might be the protector of a large oak tree in Ugru, either way, these plants all originate into the tree of life.

Ecosystem
The tree of life transcends into the shadowfell and the feywilds. In the feywilds, its branches extend for miles, with villages and grottos all around, housing and nurturing the creatures of the feywilds, while in the shadowfell, the tree appears dead and bleak, with no leaves, and nothing but dried up rivers and hot springs around it. The ethereal plane is also connected, where the tree pulls visions and shows them to the elders. Transport between these planes is possible but difficult, even some elders fail to comprehend the transport.

Localized Phenomena
Protectors of the Forest:
Leonin are the primary defensive force of the Tree of Life, they serve and protect the tree of life at all costs, they vow to uphold the tradition throughout generations, and round-off any jobs they are assigned through their chain of leadership.
The Leonin chain of leadership stops at the elders, who have a small cavern under the trunk of the tree of life, inside it they meditate and see visions which informs them on what to do, this is the main way the tree of life omits its communication. (3 or 7, 3 might be better bcz material, ethereal, and shadowfell)
Chainer Geist:
The chainer geist was a dragon that was killed by a witch that cursed him, his body roams the adamant forest in search of a way to set himself free, eventually he became insane.
Has lightning orb and multiple skulls stuck to chains.
If all chains are broken the Geist screams and then turns yellow, then looks at the PCs and says thank you, then flies and turns into dust then goes away.
