History
Battle For Bread
The Battle For Bread took place in the year 1003 AF, when Pazrael deployed "The Order of Thorns" onto Flourtorn, it was a part of a bigger ploy that saw the use of the orbs of nature for the first time in centuries. The attack was sudden and there was barely any time for the citizens to react, luckily Flourtorn had a great communication system, so in a few hours a good portion of the population was able to retreat to safety. Two legendary groups also came to aid Flourtorn, one group was lead by a Flourtearer (Chaknaw Shakni), while the other group was an emerging band of mercenaries that had the powers of the orbs on their side.
The battle was long and intense, with many houses burning and around 400 casualties. In the end the group banished the leader of "The Order of Thorns" into the fire plane.
Flourtorn was quickly able to rebuild since most of the attacks were in the town center rather than the fields or homes of the people. Flourtorn was back to its original state by the year 1004 AF.
