Demographics
Chamra's demographics were a desert-dwelling people with a high level of technological and architectural advancements, as they were able to conjure giant vehicles that could cross land and sea. They were even considered an empire and the only thing that stopped them from claiming all of Zakhara were the monsters of the land of the Badiya. It is unknown what peoples lived in Chamra, but from old carvings and archeological finds, it is speculated that they were humanoids, potentioally early ancestors of humans or elves.
Government
Chamra had a ruling elite, a monarchy that controlled the technology and resources, and made decisions on behalf of the entire civilization. They might also had a system of nobles and upper-class citizens who held significant power and influence in the region. They valued knowledge upon all else and in doing so, only the smartest citizens could ever climb the ranks. They had a strong emphasis on education and research, with a well-funded and respected system of schools and universities. They had a large community of scholars and scientists who were respected and held significant influence in the society.
Districts
It is unknown how the city was divided, but it is apparent that most of the city was scattered with temples and research facilities.
Natural Resources
Some old relics are still being found in Chamra, but many scholars swear not to touch them as they have been known to curse anyone that uses them. Some old blueprints can also be found here but other than sketches the rest is incomprehensible.
