The Empire

In 500 LR the dragons came to the budding empire now known as the Gold Empire. The empire was just in beginning stages of forming when the the gold Dragon Austerlitz, came to the human and political capital, Reman. There he introduced himself at the gates and entered into the city. He had polymorphed himself into a human, and strode forth to the senate, that was just resolving the votes for the election being held. Austerlitz being a gold dragon and one with some years on him, entered into the senate chambers before they could announce the winner. Gazing upon the candidates he called them out on their wicked ways, as he could smell the corruption that had payed for their victories. He showed the senate the corruption that had taken the men and announced his plan to run in their stead. At this time he showed that he was an adult gold dragon. This being done he changed back to his human form and cast his gaze on the men in the senate, removing any who were not good enough from their seats. So on the first day of the empire, the Purge of Austerlitz had been sanctioned by the remaining senate members and Austerlitz the Gold was elected Emperor of the Allied Cities. The purge did not stop in the senate chambers though, Austerlitz quickly took to his role and cleaned the entire city government of officials who were corrupted or could be corrupted against the will of the empire.

The cleansing of evil and corruption from the lands of the Allies. Expansion of the empire to allow for the persecution of all that is evil.

History

Formed during the Age of Innovation as the Allied nations realized they were so interwoven they might as well come together under one government to allow for the ease of trade and movement.
