Þelæans
Þelic/Þrínic: Þelil /θɛlɪːl/, þelíl /θɛːliːl/
Öþranic: Þeleil /θɛleiːl/, Þelél /θɛljɛːl/
Mjúltic: Þileil /θ̼ɪl̥eɪl̥/, singular: Þilél /θ̼ɪl̥jɨl̥/
Númric: Þilólór /θɪːlouːlour/
The þelæans1 are the predominantly goblin inhabitants of the country of Þelæ in southeastern Ójom and -to lesser extent- parts of neighbouring Nóbralúk and Terúk. They are closely related to the Terúkans and share many aspects of the latter's culture, including a writing system, though there are certain differences in terms of religious beliefs, cuisine and warfare in particular.
While in Terúk the consumption of mutton is uncommon compared to giant rats due to it being associated with narúrtic dwarves and foreigners, the þelæans are notable for avoiding mutton or lamb altogether, and raise sheep primarily for wool.

Culture
Apparel
Þelæan clothing is similar that worn in neighbouring countries, though overall more colourful and decorated than the latter, and weavers from the capital of Irhar were praised for their skills during the old Aman Empire. While they adopted aman fashion to some extent at the time, characterized by largely black and white clothing, the older styles were revived following the empire's collapse.Cuisine
Traditional þelæan cuisine is heavily based on the meat of Hippocamps and domesticated Giant Rats, fish and fowl, seaweeds (especially sea grapes), onions and Mandrakes. Ducks and other waterfowl have historically been of particular importance, as they arrive in the region in great numbers during their seasonal migrations across Jælondis and beyond, and are traditionally hunted with the aid of Dogs such as the þelæan retriever, the most popular dog breed in Borgalor. Ale, on the other hand, is quite popular despite having been introduced by Narúrtic Dwarves as well. While in Terúk the consumption of mutton is uncommon compared to giant rats due to it being associated with narúrtic dwarves and foreigners, the þelæans are notable for avoiding mutton or lamb altogether, and raise sheep primarily for wool.
Language
Þelic tongue is closely related to þrínic to the point of some considering it a mere dialect of the latter, with the main difference being different vocabulary and accent due to öþranic and nóbralic influence. Modern þelic is written using the þrínic alphabet, which has all but replaced the older þelic script except for traditional poetry.1Original icelandic: Þelæjar, singular: Þelæi.
