Þreba's Seafood
Þrínic: Þreba Krejonó /θrɛːpaː khrɛːjɔnouː/
Þreba's Seafood is one of the most popular and widespread restaurant chains serving goblin cuisine in Borgalor, specializing in different seafood dishes from eastern and southeastern Ójom. Headquartered in Þrín, capital of Terúk, its logo is a stylized silver hippocampus.
The chain is named after its founder Þreba, whose brother Rólt later took over and oversaw its expansion beyond the goblin realm, and is currently owned by his daughter Þnöb.
Originally serving traditional terúkan dishes only, the menu has since expanded to include cuisine from other goblin countries along the þnisic coast, including Biþræ, Nóbralúk and Þelæ, as well as Kröþa in the Southlands. Root vegetables such as Mandrakes, turnips and carrots are used extensively, and most dishes are served with mandrake fries, traditional goblin ale or Salmono, a salmon-flavoured fizzy produced in the country of Brelt.
Among the things served in most countries are:Fish- and egg pies
Fried hippocampus
Nóbral-style fish balls
Algae salad (usually sea grape)
Sea squirts
Steamed dried fish
Steamed salmon with berry sauce
Various chowders
Other dishes only served in certain regions include sea goats in the Southlands, sea cucumbers in Örkraz and mimirt, a traditional dessert made of pulverized dried fish, fat and berries in Ytvía.
