The Calendar of The World

Marked by a full the passing of the Augue, the fiery orb in the sky, an augor has 300 days. With the Augue rising in the east at the start of the augor, and with it shifting around the horizon clockwise, so that the Augue rises in the west when half the augor has passed.   The Current Augor is 814

The five Cinques of the Augor:

A full sun cycle consists of 5 Cinques, which mark the changing of the seasons.
  • Cinque of Grass: Warm and normal days when the past of the path of the Augue mostly is mostly above the land.
  • Cinque of Snow: Getting colder as the cold from the north blowing south.
  • Cinque of Ice: The temperatures at its coldest, as the whole world has cooled down.
  • Cinque of Rain: With all the ice melting, there is water everywhere and rain is not uncommon
  • Cinque of Fire: Ending the year on a high note, the temperatures can and will reach their maximum.
A Cinque consist of about 8 Temgos, but whenever a new Cinque begins is marked by the changing of the weather, not by counting the days of the calendar, so some Augor might be longer than 300 days, others shorter.
