Washington
As downtown expanded, people settled here, mostly workers from nearby Washington Farming grounds.
Many live here, despite hilly terrain. More flat ground is built up pretty densely, while private homes crawl up the hills. It's just down the valley from all the cattle farms, so when mountain wind picks up, it carries overwhelming smell. Which is why (unless you live here together with 2.7 million peeps) you are supposed to pronounce "Washin'tan" with disgust.
Black Box was the first true megastructure anywhere in Seven Cities and in its 30-odd years did not age gracefully. Still, 3000 families are there.
Remarkably, there is a maglev station.
